Book Review: Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge

This video is a brief book review of Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge and Howard Rheingold. This is easily my favorite book on Lucid Dreams. It’s what I commonly refer to as “The Bible of Lucid Dreaming” and it’s easily the best book out their for beginners or anyone looking to learn how to lucid dream.

You can find this book on amazon here:

Hi, just watched your video. Great work btw 🙂 im new in lucid dreaming and i am now deciding whether i should go for this book or Robert Waggoner's Lucid Dream: Gateway to the Inner Self book. The reason im leaning more on Waggoner's book is the fact that its published much later than Laberge's book and it might have newer and updated info on lucid dreaming. But for me, i would prefer a quality read woth like the best insights and help on lucid dreaming, so i would like your opinion on which book i should start with. Thanks!
