Hey lovelies! Today I’ll be showing you how to make a journal cover from polymer clay – specifically, this is for a dream journal! I’ll also be sharing some quick facts and information about dreaming, the benefits of recording your dreams, and lucid dreaming (exciting stuff i promise hehe)!!

Comment on the pic of the journal ( and tell me a dream you had 🙂

Want to learn more about lucid dreaming? (and where I got most of the statistics from in this vid)

Annie Tarasova on youtube also has some great videos about lucid dreaming!

MUSIC: Everbeat & Wiljan – Wither

I do my best to add CC when I can for those who have trouble hearing, or who don’t speak English as a first language (and maybe need a visual aid). However I have so many videos, and I don’t have time to caption them all!

If you’d like to help, you can transcribe my videos here:

If you speak another language (thats so cool!!), and want to add captions in your language, you can do that too!

Thankyou! I appreciate you tremendously xx

Have a wonderful day 🙂

That journal is awesome, such a great idea! I tried lucid dreaming myself and had some successes (i used the hand method, i always have 6 fingers in my dreams) but when i wake up i sometimes have the feeling i dreamed that i was lucid but wasnt actually, do you know that feeling? have a nice day, greetings from germany

I am enjoying your channel, chica. I have never been much of a lucid dreamer. But I practiced dream journaling off and on for many, many years. And I still write down dreams in my regular journal on the occasion.

I definitely had different themes that showed up in my dreams. When I was a kid, I lived in California and we had a pool in our backyard. Later in my Twenties that pool would often show up. And in time I noticed that the quality of the water in the pool was an expression of my emotional and sexual nature at the time. Like sometimes it seems dirty or unused, sometimes it was sparkling and refreshing. And often times I could breathe underwater!

Dream journaling is a good practice
