Man this is amazing! I spent a lot of time trying you techniques and it finally worked one night! I was standing on an ocean, I listened to the waves and felt the breeze and then it felt so real. I was just walking on the ocean! Great video.

I guess it gives you extra time because you are active in the dream and can do a lot of things.. How do you feel when wake up from a lucid dream? Do you feel tired (like still want more sleep )? Great video by the way !

I had a lucid dream when I was a teenager, and it lead me to read a few books on how to achieve awareness during sleep, but I didn't experience it again. Great video about an interesting subject.

I had my first lucid dream last week, I was stuck in a cellar and all my movement was gluey, I realised I was dreaming and decided to fly out of the cellar but then woke up. I was pretty chuffed with the whole thing though! I'm planning a cheap holiday to the pyramids for my next one lol!

I started writing dream journal and doing reality checks last September. After I saw few lucid dreams I forgot to write them down and do reality checks, but now I still see lucid dreams about monthly. Before I tried I had never seen one so I guess it was worth it 😀 Now I will try to start seeing them a bit more often.
